Learny is our integrated AI and works as your learning design assistant. It supports you throughout the entire learning journey—from planning and implementation to reflection and assessment—helping you create engaging, learner-centered experiences grounded in solid pedagogy and safe technology.

How we make it work

General language models (LLMs) has a huge potential in teaching and learning, but comes with some challenges: entering information can be time-consuming, answers are often too generic, and there may be issues with censorship, external value bias, and data privacy.

To solve this, Learnlab has integrated AI directly into key parts of the platform, so it supports you exactly when and where you need it.

Our solution is built on four sources of knowledge:

• The general language model
• Local, subject-specific and value-based knowledge
• The teacher’s planning
• Students’ work

The result is an AI-assisted platform that’s easy to use, provides relevant and value-driven responses, and is safe in accordance with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
